TERMS OF PAYMENT

• Down payment on reserving a place: 30%
• The balance one month prior to the holiday stay, without a reminder *
• Our price includes the rabbi’s pay
• Checks are to be made out to EURL KANGOUROU CLUB

* Failure to respect this clause will lead to the cancellation of the holiday stay, without the right to a refund of the down payment

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

In the case of a cancellation, the following will be not be refunded:

• If you cancel over two months before the start:  30 € of the charges for the holiday stay.
• If you cancel over one month before the start:   40% of the total amount.
• If you cancel over 15 days before the start:  50% of the total amount.
• If you cantle less than 15 days before the start:  100% of the total amount.

For your peace of mind, Kangourou Club offers you insurance by way of ELVIA, which covers the following:

• Cancellation for any reason whatsoever
• Plane or train delay
• dommages aux bagages
• Damage to luggage
• Civilian liability
• Assistance in returning home
• Replacement of car
• Holiday stay cut short

You must subscribe  when you book your holiday stay or, at the latest, within 48 hours.  Cost:  4% of the total price (minimum price:  € 17 for each holiday stay)
